Traci Bray was born and raised in Clinton, Iowa. She was just 5 years old when the first known deceased person appeared to her. While her recognition of life beyond physical existence was real, it wasn’t until the mid-1990s that she began offering mediumship readings at the urging of friends. Her reputation for providing spiritual guidance spread through word-of-mouth, and accolades for her skills widened. Today, her clientele has expanded across the US and to all continents, save the poles, with many clients seeking her insights through oracle cards.
Traci's professional background and enhanced communication skills greatly enhance her mediumship readings. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Family Services and a Master's in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration. For over two decades, prior to her public readings, she assisted individuals, families, and systems toward change for improvement in the fields of domestic violence, sexual assault, corrections, and public transportation. She served as a curriculum writer and trainer for two state-level law enforcement agencies in the Midwest. It is no surprise that, in addition to families, local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies have sought her confidential input.
In late 2022, Traci published an oracle card deck titled "The Soul Lives On - Life-Affirming Channeled Messages from Spirit," along with an accompanying Journaling Workbook, both created with Stacy A. Macy, JD.
More recently, several of Traci's thoughts and quotes have appeared in Dr. Julie Beischel's oracle card deck, "Guidance for Grief: Wisdom to Help You Stay Connected to Your Loved One After Loss," as well as in her book From the Mouths of Mediums, which features interviews with other Windbridge Certified Research Mediums directed by Beischel. In 2000, Traci was filmed by the BBC for a documentary produced by Justine Picardie on mediums. This experience later materialized in Picardie’s book, If the Spirit Moves You: Love and Life Beyond Death. Additionally, she is featured in the book Truth About Medium, by Dr. Gary Schwartz, former Director of the University of Arizona’s prestigious VERITAS program, where she served as a “Research Medium.” Other research mediums associated with VERITAS include John Edward, George Anderson, and Allison DuBois, the latter being the inspiration for the NBC series "Medium." Windbridge Certified Research Mediums also include Laura Lynne Jackson, Debra Martin, and Kim Russo. Key media highlights of Traci's work include:
- A feature story on Traci's work produced by Kansas City NBC affiliate KSHB.
- Being quoted in a CNN online article.
- Contributing to Dr. Julie Beischel's (Director of Research at Windbridge) award-winning essay for the (Robert) Bigelow Institute for Consciousness Studies.
- Contributing to e-books published by Windbridge, including Among Mediums: a Scientist's Quest for Answers.

Today, Traci is a Level #5 Certified Research Medium with The Windbridge Research Center (see http://windbridge.org) in Tucson, AZ. Previously, she served as a Certified Medium with the Forever Family Foundation in New York. Traci offers insightful mediumship readings, providing spiritual guidance to those seeking connections beyond this realm. She is a relaxed, dynamic, and engaging public speaker and reader who can be hilarious! A passion for writing finds her working on several projects from her home, which is on the National Historic Register in Kansas City, Missouri, where she also enjoys incorporating oracle cards into her practice.
Traci's mediumship readings come from Spirit in the 'spirit-of' personal enlightenment. To some recipients, these readings also provide entertainment and certainly enjoyment. Every beneficiary of a reading has free will to choose as they see fit for their own life. Individuals are responsible for their interpretation of the reading, whether it involves oracle cards or other forms of spiritual guidance, as well as how or if they incorporate it into their own life via thought, word, and deed.
